At LaTi Design, we take pride in creating handmade, custom, and made-to-order items. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect

Refund Policy

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

 

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Made-to-order products

  • Digital downloads, if applicable

  • Sale or clearance items, if marked final sale

 

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at Latidesignco@gmail.com with:

 

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Return Requests for Eligible Items

If we approve a return for a non-custom item, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging if possible. Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged or defective. Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, unless production has already started on a custom or made-to-order item.

We reserve the right to update or change this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
