4. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on this website are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment must be received before an order is processed unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Custom and Personalized Orders

 

LaTi Design specializes in handmade and custom products. By submitting custom text, names, images, or design requests, you confirm that you have the right to use that content and that it does not violate any trademark, copyright, or other rights of another person or business.

 

Because custom and personalized items are made specifically for you, these orders are generally non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

 

 

6. Shipping

Processing and shipping times may vary depending on the product, customization, and order volume. We will make every effort to ship orders within the stated timeframe. FTC guidance says sellers must ship when promised, or if no time is promised, within 30 days, and if there is a delay the seller should seek the customer’s consent or offer cancellation. 

 

LaTi Design is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

 

 

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the handmade, made-to-order, and personalized nature of many of our products, most sales are final. Returns or refunds may only be offered in approved cases, such as damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
